Key Responsibilities
Manage executive emails, calendars, and meetings to ensure organized priorities and deadlines
Prepare and update monthly reports and maintain workflow visibility in project management systems
Provide administrative support, including travel coordination and social media content management
Required Qualifications
2+ years of administrative or executive support experience, preferably in a digital marketing or agency environment
Familiarity with tools such as Harvest, Asana, LinkedIn, Leadferno, and Canva
Ability to work independently in a remote setting with professionalism and accountability
Flexibility to work an 8-hour shift between 09 : 00 AM and 07 : 00 PM EST
