Technical Project Manager

Switchboard is looking for a Technical Project Manager on behalf of our client, a B2B SaaS company.

What You'll Do

• Implement a cloud-based solution for external customers, managing 6-10 projects simultaneously with project timelines ranging from 2-6 months
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the implementation lifecycle—conducting demos, facilitating training sessions, organizing weekly check-in calls, and managing stakeholder communications
• Act as the bridge between customers and internal teams, collaborating with developers on customizations, and explaining technical functionality to both non-technical customers and the technical team
• Manage approximately 50% customer-facing activities and 50% internal coordination tasks, balancing direct customer interaction with collaboration on technical specifications and project logistics
• Own the day-to-day operational execution of implementations—taking notes, sending reminders, organizing meetings, and keeping all stakeholders aligned on scope, timeline, and deliverables

Compensation : $85K - $100K, plus bonus
