Alutiiq Operations Services, LLC (AOPS), a subsidiary of Alutiiq, LLC, has a dynamic opportunity for a Chief Systems Engineer to be at the forefront of technology exploitation and development, shaping groundbreaking advancements in remote sensing capabilities. You will play a pivotal role in managing and innovating the infrastructure that directly supports the Strategic Missile Warning Ground Acquisition Delta's Overhead Persistent Infrared (OPIR) mission.

Job Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
- Be a key contributor to an exciting, mission-critical initiative for national security.
- Work in an advanced, collaborative environment leveraging state-of-the-art computing infrastructure at multiple data classification levels.
- Drive innovation and shape the future of Remote Sensing data applications through cutting-edge technologies such as Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning (AI / ML), data fusion, and automation.
- Collaborate with talented stakeholders across diverse programs, fostering a cohesive and innovative team culture.
- Oversee and guide all systems engineering efforts supporting the OPIR TAP Lab and BGIF.
- Define, prioritize, and execute technical requirements, translating them into actionable and innovative solutions.
- Conduct comprehensive systems engineering trade studies to evaluate and recommend strategic technology investments.
- Coordinate and maintain an Integration Roadmap for tenants of BGIF, optimizing activities, investments, and technological upgrades to achieve maximum efficiency and manage lifecycle costs effectively.
- Lead efforts in exploring emerging technology trends, recommending strategic courses of action to ensure technological leadership and operational excellence.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE :
A minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience, with at least 5 years dedicated to software development, testing, and integration within DoD or national security environments.A master's degree in engineering, Science, Technology Management, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven leadership in technical project management, systems engineering, and stakeholder collaboration.ACTIVE Top Secret Clearance w / SCI eligibilityExpected Pay Range : $130,000 to $195,000 per year
