We currently have an opening for an Inspection Technician , the final gatekeeper ensuring our high-precision components meet the most demanding standards.

Hours & Pay

Pay Rate : $22.00 - $28.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Shift : 2nd Shift, Monday-Friday, 3 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM

Training Shift : 1st Shift, Monday-Friday, 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 00 PM (during training period)

What You'll Be Doing (Daily Responsibilities)

• Perform receiving, first-piece, in-process, and final inspections on precision CNC-machined components.
• Use precision hand tools - micrometers (down to 0.0001"), bore gauges, thread gauges, optical comparators, height stands, pin & plug gauges, and more.
• Interpret complex blueprints, including advanced GD&T (geometric dimensioning & tolerancing) callouts such as true position, profile, MMC / LMC, and composite tolerances.
• Operate and program Zeiss CMMs using Calypso software; create, edit, and validate measurement programs.
• Calibrate and maintain gauges and inspection equipmen t.
• Document and record inspection data accurately in the quality system for reporting and continuous improvement.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with company policies and quality standards.
• Provide guidance to machinists, offering feedback and mentoring on quality issues.
• Adjust to changing priorities and support cross-shift operations as needed.
