Shift : FT Will be responsible for covering department staffing as needed

How youll contribute

Manages the daily operations of the assigned department or function to ensure alignment with departmental and organizational objectives.

Develop departmental goals standards and objectives aligned with the organizations strategic plan and vision.

Manage staff relations including performance management employee satisfaction and conflict resolution.

Oversee scheduling staff development recruitment payroll and student engagement activities.

Monitor departmental budgets regulatory compliance contracts and vendor relations.

Assess and ensure the quality of patient care; coordinate services among patients staff physicians and other departments.

Provide direct patient care when necessary.

Create and foster an environment that supports professional growth and development.

Integrate evidence-based practices into operations and clinical protocols.

What were looking for

Bachelors Degree in a related field; preferred

Certified Respiratory Care Therapist; Valid and Current Tennessee Board of Respiratory Care

(BLS) Basic Life Support required one month from hire / transfer date

(ACLS) Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support six months from hire / transfer date

(PALS) Pediatric Advanced Life Support six months from hire / transfer date
