Job Summary
Our client is looking for an Office Revenue Coordinator for our Credits Team in our Revenue
Operations Department. Individuals who excel in this role have a high level of attention to
detail and the ability to work well as part of a fast paced team. The ideal candidate has a
high level of multitasking abilities, strong proactive communication, and organization skills.
In this position, it will require working with printing / mailing / filing important and time
sensitive documents, kicking off and running scheduled data loads into the systems, and
providing daily status updates and proactive alerts to their leaders. Candidates must be
able to commute and work onsite in Federal Way, WA business office 5 days a week. All
necessary equipment and training is provided.
Overview of Responsibilities :
- Collating backup documents to refund checks, stuffing envelopes, assuring all
outgoing mail is picked up or dropped off daily
Updating excel spreadsheet with daily batches delivered to ImagingMailing high priority compliance refunds using certified return receiptPrinting and mailing outgoing correspondenceProcessing and distribution of physical and virtual incoming mail / faxesSubmitting IT tickets when there are printer issues / SPM issues. Proactivelycommunicating to leadership when these issues arise.
Review and confirm CAT refund packets for appropriate approval levels (SignatureAuthority)
Running refund file for Accounts Payable daily (CAT)Re-mailing of returned refund checks when appropriateProcessing of CAT program load twice dailyMonitoring of shared email bucket for refund support (Tacoma Refunds) - providingprompt
response when neededMaintain confidentiality of all company and patient information in accordance withHIPAA regulations and Company policies
