The Community Liaison II- Contractor will assist with managing sales and lead generation efforts in AFC, FGAFC, CGAFC, ADH, and any other Vitra related programs. Develops, implements, and executes a business plan within his / her assigned territory. Spearhead generating new partnerships and client leads within the community. To begin the enrollment process for eligible members in the field and assist in the intake process for prospective members.

Essential Functions :

• Tracks and reports on the targets and KPIs for the North and Boston Region.
• Collaborate with care access to optimize the Vitra client pipeline.
• Develops Collaborates with the Senior Director of Business Development and growth to develop
• Embrace and champion a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Foster culture of customer service and commitment to quality care.
• Serve as a brand ambassador for Vitra reflecting our vision, mission, and values.
• Show genuine interest and compassion for the communities we serve.
• Other duties as assigned.
