Quality Assurance Subject Matter Expert (QA-SME) Full-time, 40 Hours / Week

What You Will Do :
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert on product features, functionalities, and user expectations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and users to define and uphold quality standards based on deep product knowledge.
- Conduct thorough testing including functional, regression, and user acceptance testing to ensure alignment with product specs.
- Analyze user feedback and QA insights to drive targeted product improvements.
- Develop and maintain documentation for product features, QA processes, and testing protocols.
- Facilitate training sessions for internal teams and external users on product features and best practices.
- Assist with internal tools administration to optimize operational efficiency.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to share testing outcomes and recommend process improvements.

We're pretty flexible. Our home office is open from 7 AM to 7 PM CST so our Production and Customer Care Teams can easily service clients nationwide. Team members reporting to Development Team typically work sometime between 8 AM CST and 6 PM CST and have a regular daily standup at 10 AM CST.
