Key Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer support for software products through various support channels Identify and resolve customer issues using troubleshooting methods Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and escalate issues when necessary Required Qualifications College degree preferred or up to a year of equivalent relevant experience Fitness studio experience with the company is a plus Prior customer service experience in a SaaS environment preferred but not required Must be personable and enjoy working in a customer-facing role Ability to work well under pressure and demonstrate flexibility in hours
