Title Abstractor Searcher I

Job Title

Provides nationwide title services. Responsible for supporting real estate transactions by assembling title packages, searching for tax documentation or performing other research related to uninsured property reports ordered by lenders.

Job Responsibilities :

• Conducts title research to compile search packages ranging in complexity, that require research and investigation
• Primarily focused on residential transactions
• Performs a wide range of support functions to assist in departmental processes including data entry of title information into our internal system
• Follows clearly defined procedures to complete daily tasks and responsibilities
• Uses existing procedures to solve straightforward problems without the consistent need to exercise discretion
• Uses basic communication skills to address internal and / or external clients and / or team members
• Individual contributor working under direct supervision with little autonomy
• Performs all other duties as assigned by management
