Your Opportunity

We’re seeking a passionate and energetic Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA, LBA) to join our fully remote telehealth team. This role offers the flexibility to work from home while delivering high-quality, individualized care to children across Arizona. What You’ll Do

• Design & Implement ABA Plans : Create individualized treatment plans that make a meaningful impact.
• Assess & Track Progress : Conduct thorough assessments and monitor client outcomes through data-driven insights.
• Mentor & Guide : Support and inspire Behavior Technicians working with your clients.
• Collaborate with Families : Build strong partnerships with caregivers to ensure cohesive, effective care.
• Manage Documentation : Complete planning, progress notes, and all required documentation from the comfort of your home.
• Stay Current : Keep up with the latest ABA research and best practices to enhance your professional growth and client outcomes.
