Job Summary
Seeking two dedicated and detail-oriented professionals to join a growing team as Employee Benefits CSR (Client-Facing) and Employee Benefits Technical CSR (Non-Client Facing). These roles are integral to delivering exceptional service to the clients and supporting the producers. Compensation Package
- Salary Range : $52,000 - $62,000 annually ($25 - $30 per hour)

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing benefit inquiries and resolving requests efficiently.Manage client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and preparing renewal presentations.Stay informed about industry trends and lead educational sessions during Open Enrollment.Advise clients on benefit plan administration, compliance, and funding options.Collaborate with Third-Party Administrators and guide clients through the enrollment process.Provide ongoing support to maintain strong client relationships and ensure timely task completion.Meet with clients to address insurance needs and keep producers informed of account status.Utilize software tools such as Employee Navigator and EPIC to manage accounts and streamline processes.Qualifications / Requirements
Licenses : Life & Health (L&H) license required.Experience : Experience with Employee Navigator preferred but not required. Open to candidates with varying levels of experience, including those eager to learn.Technical Skills : Tech-savvy individuals who are comfortable with learning new systems and tools.Soft Skills : Eager to learn and grow within the role.
