We are very excited to grow our Talent team! Were looking to hire an expert Technical Recruiter to support the growth of Figmas Engineering organization. As a Technical Recruiter youll operate in a full-lifecycle capacity supporting top of funnel strategy to negotiating and closing talent. This role will allow you to build positive relationships exude our values and contribute to our org-wide recruiting efforts and processes.

This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.

What youll do at Figma :

• Manage full-cycle recruiting processes for a variety of software engineering roles
• Collaborate with engineering leaders to develop early-stage hiring strategies for critical technical positions
• Craft thoughtful candidate outreach messages to engage passive talent
• Develop a deep understanding of Figmas business and products and communicate this effectively with candidates
• Act as a direct extension of our engineering team and the primary touchpoint for candidates from initial outreach through the offer stage ensuring an excellent candidate experience
• Take a highly organized approach to candidate tracking and pipeline metrics
• Own and iterate on our interview processes and approach to optimally evaluate and execute recruiting strategies

Pay Transparency Disclosure

If based in Figmas San Francisco or New York hub offices this role has the annual base salary range stated below.

Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including but not limited to individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills and prior relevant experience potential impact and scope of role) market demands and specific work location. The listed range is a guideline and the range for this role may be modified. For roles that are available to be filled remotely the pay range is localized according to employee work location by a factor of between 80% and 100% of range. Please discuss your specific work location with your recruiter for more information.

Annual Base Salary Range (SF / NY Hub) :

$102000 - $210000 USD
