A company is looking for a Workday Systems Analyst specializing in Core HCM, Time & Absence, and Payroll. Key Responsibilities Configure, maintain, and optimize the HCM system Drive deployment of feature releases / updates and manage system maintenance Collaborate with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and implement enhancements Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field with IT focus 3 years of experience with HCM systems, preferably in modules like Payroll or Core HR Strong knowledge of HR processes, database design, and HR & IT security Technical proficiency in data management and reporting tools within HCM systems Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
