• Patient Education : Educate patients and families on techniques to improve functional skills and independence.
• Documentation : Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and interventions.
• Collaboration : Work collaboratively with Occupational Therapists, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Infection Control : Adhere to strict infection control guidelines to protect both patients and healthcare workers.
