DIRECTOR OF ADMISSIONS

Hiring Now a dynamic and experienced Director of Admissions to lead the admissions department and oversee all aspects of student recruitment, enrollment strategy, and admissions operations.

The ideal candidate will be bilingual (English / Spanish), results-driven, and passionate about higher education access and student success.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and implement strategic recruitment and admissions plans to meet enrollment goals. Manage and mentor the admissions team, providing leadership, training, and performance oversight.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Education, Business, or related field preferred.

Minimum 4 years of progressive experience in university admissions or enrollment management.

Bilingual English / Spanish required.
