What You'll Do :
- Translate business requirements into actionable solutions by gathering, analyzing, and documenting operational and financial data from diverse sources.
- Partner with stakeholders across operations, finance, and commercial teams to understand system constraints, model key variables, and develop recommendations that drive business performance.
- Facilitate meetings, monitor performance against targets, and support response efforts during abnormal events, ensuring clear documentation and data integrity.
- Contribute to feasibility studies, process improvement initiatives, and the development of business cases to help the organization adapt to changing needs and opportunities.
- Lead efforts to visualize complex datasets, communicate insights, and optimize work processes for operational excellence.

What You'll Bring Required :
High school diploma or GED equivalent.3+ years of relevant experience in the oil and gas industry, enabling you to handle a wide range of situations and advise others.Advanced skills in data collection, analysis, and reporting, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools.Legally authorized to work in the job posting country.Strong business insight, with a track record of contributing to process improvements and innovative solutions.Ability to visualize complex datasets and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders.Willingness to provide coverage during nights, weekends, or holidays as needed and to travel occasionally for business needs.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and build effective relationships.Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team to drive results and meet commitments.What Makes You Stand Out Preferred :
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field.5 or more years of related experience, ideally within the oil and gas, energy, or ISO-regulated industries.Experience with gas gathering and processing contracts, gas processing economics, and modeling operational scenarios.Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to influence across a broad organization.Skilled in Power BI, PI Datalink, Seeq, and Microsoft Power Apps.Compensation Range : $124,200 - $151,800 annual base salary
