Laser Operator

This role involves operating a Cincinnati flat laser to cut materials throughout the day. The position requires individuals to handle job orders, pull materials accordingly, and run them through the machine while ensuring the final product meets specifications.

Responsibilities

  • Operate a Cincinnati flat laser to cut materials according to job orders.
  • Set up machines and run projects, ensuring accurate and efficient operations.
  • Verify that the final product meets the specified requirements.

Essential Skills

  • At least 2 years of experience operating a CNC machine, preferably a laser or water jet.
  • 1+ year of experience reading blueprints.
  • 1+ year of experience measuring and cutting material for the press brake machine.
  • Ability to set up and run CNC machines.

    • Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in the sign industry is a plus.
  • Experience operating other machines such as shears.
  • Ability to perform minor repairs.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $28.00 / hr.
