Sylvan Center is seeking an experienced and results-driven Center Director to lead our team and drive the success of our center. This role requires someone with strong leadership skills, a background in sales, and a passion for education.

• Ability to manage budgets, financial targets, and administrative tasks.
• Sales and Marketing : Manage marketing efforts to attract new enrollments and maintain strong relationships with local schools for partnership opportunities.
• Enrollment and Retention : Direct the sales process to keep students enrolled, promote financing options, and manage the application process.
• Center Operations : Oversee the day-to-day operations of the center, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
• Staff Leadership : Select, develop, and monitor staff performance, conducting regular performance reviews.
