Director, Position Control

As the 0993 Director, Position Control, under general direction from the Deputy Superintendent of Business Services, you will ensure the efficient and strategic management of the district’s staffing allocation, budget alignment, and compliance with organizational policies. In this role, you will work across Business Services, Human Resources and other departments to ensure effective and accurate use of district funds in alignment with student need.

Minimum Qualifications

Education

Possession of a baccalaureate degree in business administration, public administration, human resources or other closely related field from an accredited college or university; Master’s degree preferred

Four (4) years of experience in position control, budget management, or staffing allocation in a large organization, preferably in an educational setting.

Substitution

Up to 4 years of education requirement may be substituted for additional experience on a year-for-year basis
