Job Summary

Supports Facilities Supervisor and Facilities Services team in a variety of customer service and building related matters. This is an entry level position with responsibilities that include stocking of copy rooms and break areas completing simple work requests and mail room assistance. Candidates should have good customer service skills and a working knowledge of MS Office to include Outlook and basic computer skills.

Essential Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Responding to simple Facilities Requests such as : office / cabinet keys office supplies copier / toner replacement etc. (50% time)
• Stocking of mail rooms break rooms copy areas and restrooms. (30% time)
• Basic mail duties including package receiving and delivery with supervision. (20% time)
