Job Summary :
The Technical Program Manager will manage and oversee programs related to website development and enhancement, ensuring efficient and predictable product deliveries. This role involves driving implementation plans, identifying and mitigating technical risks, monitoring contractor performance, and implementing effective processes and methodologies. The Program Manager will also be responsible for generating reports, communicating achievements and risks, and collaborating with other vendors.

Responsibilities :
- Manage and own programs from start to completion, focusing on efficient website development and enhancement.
- Drive the implementation plan to successful completion across the organization.
- Identify technical gaps and risks in execution and correct them.
- Monitor contractor performance and adjust as needed.
- Generate required reports and other required deliverables.
- Implement processes and methodologies for optimal, predictable, and repeatable product deliveries.
- Communicate effectively with peers and management regarding achievements and risks.
- Collaborate regularly and professionally with other vendors.
Required Skills & Certifications :
7+ years of relevant work experience, including 4+ years managing large-scale, public website projects.2+ years of experience leading federal website projects in a Scrum environment.Experience managing Drupal website projects for at least three federal government agencies.Experience leading teams and projects utilizing the Agile (Scrum) methodology.First-hand experience upgrading websites in Drupal.Understanding of and ability to use project management principles.Bachelor's degree in Digital Media, Information Technology, or another relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.Excellent communication skills.Preferred Skills & Certifications :
Scrum Master certification (CSM), Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification, or Scaled Agile Scrum Master (SAFe) certification.Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.Deep understanding of website usability principles.Adept at leading teams of highly talented, independent individuals.Experience in leading remote or multi-site teams.Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.Master's degree in Digital Media or Information Technology, or another relevant field.Special Considerations :
