Position Summary

The Senior Network and Telco Engineer is responsible for designing configuring and maintaining secure and reliable network and telecommunications infrastructure across all Pinnacle Propane locations in the United States. This role ensures optimal performance and security of firewalls switches cabling mobile and landline services and related hardware / software. The position is accountable for conducting semi-annual firewall reviews maintaining accurate records of all network and telco changes and safeguarding the organizations network against threats. Additionally the engineer provides expert support to internal users and external vendors including internet and phone service providers to troubleshoot and resolve connectivity and communication issues efficiently.
