Looking for a night shift role that offers variety, challenge, and growth? As part of our Internal Float Pool, you'll rotate between ED Boarding, Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and ICU support units, gaining new experiences and expanding your clinical skills with every shift.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process, ensuring safe and therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. You will utilize evidence-based practices and skilled communication to create the safest patient environment and provide the best patient experience.
You will assess the needs of patients, plan and implement individualized interventions, and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans. In collaboration with patients and their families, you will develop and maintain therapeutic relationships throughout the healthcare continuum.
You will anticipate and recognize significant changes in patient conditions, providing ongoing assessments and making necessary adjustments to care plans. Additionally, you will implement strategies to enhance patient safety and involve patients and families in their learning process.
You will coordinate discharge plans using an interdisciplinary approach and apply evidence-based practices in patient care delivery. Through effective communication and collaboration with healthcare team members, you will promote a culture of safety and actively participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Licenses & Certifications :
Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which you practice, and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
Degrees :
Completion of an accredited nursing program.
Required Functional Experience :
Typically requires 1 year of clinical nursing experience.
