What You’ll Do

  • Diagnose and repair a variety of vehicles with speed and accuracy
  • Maintain high standards of quality control — first-time fix is our gold standard
  • Collaborate with service advisors and managers to keep customers informed and happy
  • Help train and mentor less experienced techs — we grow together here
  • Keep a clean, organized bay that reflects your professionalism

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • ASE certifications (or working toward them)
  • At least 2 years of hands-on shop experience
  • Pride in your workmanship — you know every detail matters
  • Ability to work at a pace that delivers results without cutting corners
  • A team-first attitude — you understand sales, service, and techs all win together
  • Comfortable using modern diagnostic tools and technology
