Job Description : \n\n \n\t

  • Evaluate and assess patients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.\n\t
  • Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance patient mobility and functional independence.\n\t
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.\n\t
  • Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.\n\t
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans, exercises, and resources available.\n\t
  • Maintain a safe and organized therapy environment.\n\t
  • Stay updated on best practices and advancements in occupational therapy.\n

    Education and Certification Requirements :

    \n\n \n\t

  • Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.\n\t
  • Current state license to practice occupational therapy in California.\n\t
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.\n\t
  • Prior experience in a clinical setting preferred.\n
