Physical Therapist – Multiple Locations
This position is open across multiple locations, including Brenham, College Station, TX, and the Waco Branch area, covering surrounding rural communities such as Mexia, Waxahachie, and Hillsboro.
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team, providing high-quality care across several communities. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with patients in their homes, delivering personalized therapy to support mobility, independence, and overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ physical abilities, mobility limitations, and rehabilitation needs.
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans focused on improving strength, flexibility, and functional independence.
- Administer a variety of physical therapy interventions and exercises in accordance with current clinical standards.
- Educate patients and their families on exercises and strategies to maintain progress and promote long-term health at home.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive, patient-centered approach to care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
Qualifications :
Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.Minimum of nine months of experience as a Physical Therapist preferred.Strong understanding of physical therapy principles, techniques, and equipment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to patient care.Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.Empathy and dedication to patient-centered care.Experience in home health or similar outpatient settings is a plus but not required.About the Role :
