Scheduler

Delta Technologies is seeking an experienced Scheduler for its Tooling Division in Auburn Hills, Michigan

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Perform daily walk-throughs for viewing of completed items in all areas and notifications sent to material handler for item movement to next area needed
• Responsible for creating templates and scheduling of all changes / corrections / OTB and blessing content as kicked off and as needed
• Input daily schedule, email job updates for all departments throughout the day (add / open / close / update)
• Help with understanding the capacity for workload / hours with management team as needed
• Create and update machines daily with paperwork of job schedule (may dissolve with new scheduling software implemented)
• Assist in the development of creating the new schedule (Planet Together)
• Work with department managers / program managers on workload questions in their respective areas as needed
• Set up and hold job related concern meetings to discuss remedy as needed
• Work with shipping and receiving for special tasks as needed (hardening / stress, etc.)
• Notify EDM Department of changes that affect them as needed
• Send in reworks, items that are brought to your attention from other individuals on floor or managers as needed
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures
• Comply with of all internal and OSHA required safety procedures
