Tax Manager or Senior Manager, Private Equity Funds

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our dynamic Tax team at the Manager or Senior Manager level, where you'll work closely with private equity funds, navigating the complexities of fund structures, tax strategies, and investment planning. In this role, you'll apply your advanced technical knowledge to develop customized tax solutions, optimize fund strategies, and ensure long-term financial success for our clients. Tax Strategy & Compliance :

• Lead tax advisory, compliance review, and tax return signoff for private equity clients, including multi-state filings and specialized tax considerations for funds and investments.
• Oversee the preparation and filing of partnership and fund tax returns (e.g., Form 1065, K-1), ensuring compliance with regulations while maximizing tax efficiency for private equity structures.
• Work closely with clients to develop and implement tax-efficient strategies that align with investment goals, fund structures, and long-term financial objectives.
• Stay up to date on current tax laws, regulatory changes, and industry best practices, particularly in the private equity space, to deliver strategic and informed tax advice.
