Compensation :
13.50 - $14.50 hourly
Responsibilities :
- Answer incoming calls and questions about guests’ needs in-person and online regarding room bookings, room rates, amenities, available rooms, rewards programs, and special requests
- Perform regular bookkeeping duties : make sure hotel guest information is current and correct
- Handle customer complaints as necessary
- Give every guest a warm welcome, check them in, and check them out when they leave, ensuring you provide correct keys and room numbers
- Work with the housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are ready for new guests
- Must be 21 with a valid driver's license and be able to drive the hotel shuttle
Qualifications :
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems1 year of experience in the hospitality industry as a hotel front desk agent, hotel receptionist, or guest service specialist preferredHas experience answering telephone calls and troubleshooting stressful situationsDisplays impeccable interpersonal, time management, organizational skills, and customer service skillsMust have graduated high school, received a GED or equivalentMust have a valid driver's licenseAbout Company
