Credit and Collections Specialist

Location : This role requires associates to be in-office 2 days per week fostering collaboration and connectivity while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace.

The Credit and Collections Specialist is responsible for collections activities related to past due health insurance premiums and / or past due health insurance claims.

How You Will Make an Impact

Primary duties may include but are not limited to :

• Follows established guidelines contacts group for the purpose of collecting past due insurance premiums and / or past due health insurance claims.
• Researches validity of past due and / or disputed debt.
• Generates demand letters.
• Prepares reports reflecting status of credit and collection activities for management review.

Minimum Requirements :

Requires a H.S. diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 1 year of prior commercial debt collection experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
