Physical Requirements : Sitting at the computer workstation for extended period; occasional lifting, pushing, and / or pulling objects up to 50lbs; occasional standing or walking with objects up to 10lbs.

Shift : Monday Friday 8 : 00 am 4 : 30 pm

Job Summary : Provide administrative support to faculty and APPs, including calendars, meetings, travel, and correspondence. Assist with compliance tracking, credentialing, and faculty documentation. Coordinate schedules, absences, and meetings. Support recruitment and onboarding. Help plan events and meetings. Process payments, reimbursements, and supply orders. Maintain records in shared systems. Ensure consistent clerical and operational coverage across divisions. Other duties as assigned.
