Account Manager Liaison

We are seeking an organized polished and proactive Account Manager Liaison to support client relations streamline communication and ensure each account receives exceptional service. This role plays a key part in maintaining strong client partnerships coordinating internal operations and supporting the day-to-day management of ongoing projects.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams

Maintain clear timely and professional communication across all active accounts

Coordinate project updates deliverables and follow-ups

Assist with scheduling documentation and account organization

Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for improvement

Support internal teams by gathering information preparing summaries and updating records

Ensure client satisfaction through reliable attentive and quality service
