Description

You are responsible for creating a welcoming safe and fun space where kids can learn what it means to be real with themselves God and others.

SOME KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Recruit onboard train and support volunteer teams and team leads who will engage children through music teaching and activities each weekend.
• Ensure that family check-in is welcoming simple and quick.
• Create and maintain a safe fun and developmentally appropriate environment for kids and a prepared organized and clean environment for team members.
• Oversee and prepare a safe and loving environment during weekend services for babies through preschoolers.
• Oversee and prepare an exciting and engaging weekend service for elementary students.
• Coordinate with network staff and other campuses on overall curriculum planning and development.
• Support and equip team members to engage parents
• Function as point person for any midweek programing childcare and extracurricular activities and events throughout the year
• Build and equip a team of student and adult volunteers to do what you do.
• Support the vision of the broader campus ministry by collaborating on a variety of campus related activities and events.
• Assist the campus staff with congregational engagement discipleship and general ministry support.
