LPN / RN

Valeo Resources has partnered with an east coast based mental health / SUD organization that recently acquired another facility. We are currently seeking candidates for a full-time LPN / RN to join the team in Seymour, TN! In this role, you will be working with the adult population at the detox and residential levels of care and adhereing to our medical protocols created by the medical director .

Position : LPN / RN

Location : Seymour, TN

Schedule : 3 (12) hour shifts and rotating weekends

Requirements :

• RN license in the state of RN
• 1 year of nursing experience
• behavioral health / SUD experience preferred
• Med pass

Responsibilities :

Provide direct patient care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols

Perform assessments, administer medications, and assist with procedures

Monitor patient conditions and report changes to healthcare providers

Educate patients and their families on health management

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care

Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
