Job Title : Confection Production Manager

Location : Santa Rosa CA

Schedule : Full-time Monday-Friday 8am-4 : 30pm

Pay : $25 / hour

Overview :

We are seeking a skilledProduction Leadto oversee daily operations in the manufacturing ofpectin-based cannabis gummies for our clients production facility. This role is responsible for leading the production team ensuring consistency quality and compliance throughout all stages of the gummy production processfrom preparation and batching to molding curing and packaging.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead daily production activities and assign tasks to production team members.

Oversee the preparation mixing and cooking of pectin-based gummy formulations according to established SOPs.

Maintain strict adherence to quality standards cleanliness and safety protocols.

Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance or calibration needs.

Ensure accurate recordkeeping of production logs batch records and inventory usage.

Collaborate with QA and management to troubleshoot issues and improve processes.

Train and mentor new production staff to uphold efficiency and consistency.

Verify dosing accuracy and proper homogenization of active ingredients.

Coordinate with packaging and labeling teams to meet production schedules.

Maintain compliance with all state cannabis regulations and company policies.

Qualifications :

2 years of experience in food confectionery or cannabis manufacturing (pectin or gelatin-based gummies preferred).

Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a production environment.

Strong understanding of food safety GMPs and sanitary manufacturing practices.

Comfortable operating and maintaining production equipment (mixers depositors molds etc.).

Excellent attention to detail organizational and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced hands-on environment and manage multiple priorities.

Must be 21 and able to pass any required background checks.

Due to industry requirements candidates must be 21 years or older.
