As a Telecommunications Sales Support Representative, you will also receive hands-on training to master all of AT&T’s telecom services, including order processing, customer data management, and service activation. You’ll become an essential behind-the-scenes expert, ensuring every step of the sales cycle runs smoothly and efficiently to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Telecommunications Sales Support Representative Responsibilities :

• Assist customers with support and product presentations
• Prepare accurate sales quotes, proposals, and demonstrations as needed to support AT&T services to customers
• Process new orders, upgrades, and account updates with precision using AT&T systems.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure timely service activation and issue resolution.
• Act as the go-to resource for customers and the sales teams, providing timely product and process support.
• Monitor pending orders and follow up on missing documents or approvals.
• Troubleshoot basic customer concerns
• Improve sales processes for customers creating a seamless experience and leaving the customer satisfied with their new wireless device
