Key Responsibilities
Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Support analysis of metrics and data to identify trends and strategic opportunities
- Own the creation and delivery of required performance reports to leadership
Process Improvement & Optimization
Support process initiatives and identify opportunities for operational efficienciesOwn special projects that drive organizational growth and efficiencyData Management & Systems Support

Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Data Analytics, Economics, Finance, or related field - preferred0-2 years of relevant experience in dealership operations, business operations, analytics, or training / consultingStrong performance with relevancy to statistics, business analysis, or operationsTechnical Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis toolsExperience with data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)Working knowledge of CRM systemsUnderstanding of dealership processes, methodologies, and performance metricsFamiliarity with business intelligence and reporting toolsCore Competencies
