Job posting for Senior : JOB DESCRIPTION Seeking an experienced Defense Attorney who share our values and is willing to devote their experience and abilities to helping our clients find resolution and certainty, to approach each case with compassion but maintain the assertiveness and knowledge needed to achieve results for our clients.  Qualifications

• Qualified candidates will have 5+ years of experience taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing dispositive motions, and preparing for arbitrations, mediations and trial, and be licensed to practice in New York
• The ideal candidate writes effectively, thinks strategically, and has practiced in one or more areas of civil litigation, such as general liability, retail and / or insurance defense
