About Us :

At Bold City Heating and Air, we’re more than an HVAC company — we’re a trusted partner in comfort and quality for homes across Northeast Florida. We’re expanding our team and looking for a motivated Service Advisor to help us connect with customers, grow sales, and deliver excellent service.

Responsibilities :

• Make outbound calls to current and past customers to schedule service appointments.
• Follow up with customers on open repair quotes , provide answers, and work to close sales.
• Promote indoor air quality products, maintenance agreements, and system upgrades to help customers improve comfort and reliability.
• Consistently work toward monthly sales goals in areas like IAQ sales, maintenance plans, and repair quote conversions.
• Support inbound call handling as needed to provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain accurate records in ServiceTitan or CRM system to track sales activity and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with the Customer Service and Sales teams to ensure company growth and customer satisfaction.
