About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Emergency Services to oversee ER operations. This includes managing a dedicated clinical team, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes, maintaining accreditation standards, and managing budgets and productivity benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and mentor emergency department staff

Develop, implement, and enforce ER policies and procedures

Maintain budgetary and productivity accountability

Drive quality improvement and throughput initiatives

Facilitate collaboration with pre-hospital providers and system stakeholders

Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards

What Youll Need to Succeed :

Required : Current or eligible New Mexico RN license

Required : Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN)

Preferred : MSN, MBA, or degree in Healthcare Administration

Experience : Minimum 7 years in healthcare with at least 3 years in a leadership role; for-profit hospital experience strongly preferred

Proven success building and leading teams with a focus on quality and performance

Strong clinical knowledge, leadership, and interpersonal skills

Certifications :

BLS, ACLS, and PALS required

TNCC to be obtained upon hire if not already acquired
