Senior Analyst, Strategic Deal Management

Are you energized by complex negotiations, data-driven strategy, and cross-functional collaboration? This is a high-impact role where you will sit at the center of major customer deals and help shape how our Food business drives profitable growth. As a Senior Analyst, Strategic Deal Management, you will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Portfolio, and Finance to lead the analysis of large customer contract negotiations, strengthen pricing strategy, and support competitive RFPs that move the business forward.
You will also play a vital role in keeping our contract management systems accurate and effective while helping evolve our deal management processes for the future. This role is located in our Charlotte, NC office coming into the office 4 days per week.
What You Will Do
- Serve as the internal strategist and deal quarterback supporting Sales in high-visibility customer contract negotiations and large deal execution across the Food business
- Optimize deal profitability by applying best practices, market insights, and strategic thinking in every negotiation
- Build clear, compelling business cases and recommendations for leadership approval
- Own and maintain contract governance through accurate updates to the Contract Tracker and process improvements with Legal and IT
- Lead the end-to-end customer RFP response process, recommending optimal commercial strategies and securing leadership approvals
- Drive profit improvement initiatives through targeted pricing strategies across priority product lines and key customer accounts
- Manage and administer formula pricing agreements across supported market segments
- Track critical market indices that influence cost and margin performance, including resin, feedstock, PPI, and fuel trends
- Support customer account planning and negotiation strategy development with Sales and Marketing teams
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree2 to 4+ years of experience in product marketing, portfolio management, contract management, or financial management within food or industrial manufacturingPreferred Qualifications
