R&D Business Analytics Lead – Drive Innovation with Data
Join our dynamic R&D Business Analytics team to deliver insights that shape strategy and accelerate innovation. Collaborate across R&D, operations, and finance to optimize performance and enable breakthrough results.
What You’ll Do :
- Analyze and present complex data to support R&D and business goals.
- Build dashboards, track KPIs, and report performance trends.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define analytics needs and deliver solutions.
- Lead process improvements and support strategic decision-making.
- Communicate insights and updates to leadership and stakeholders.
