About the Role

As a Roofing Mechanic with Master Roofers, you'll play a key role in installing, inspecting, and repairing commercial (and some residential) roofing systems. From EPDM and TPO to Sarnafil and metal, you'll work with a wide range of roofing technologies, using your technical skills to ensure every job is completed to the highest industry standards.

What You'll Do

• Install, repair, and maintain various commercial roofing systems
• Diagnose and resolve roofing issues, including leaks and structural damage
• Measure, cut, and fit roofing materials accurately
• Apply waterproofing and sealing materials to ensure long-term protection
• Safely remove and dispose of old roofing materials
• Operate power tools and hand tools, including nail guns, saws, cutters, and welders
• Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety standards and use proper protective gear
• Work closely with project managers, foremen, and contractors to meet deadlines
• Keep accurate records of labor, materials, and project progress
