Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Registered Nurse II for the Orthopedics unit, working full-time overnight shifts (7p-7a) in Lynchburg, VA.

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to orthopedic patients, including pre- and post-operative assessments and treatments.
• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal recovery.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols.
• Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and orthopedic health management.
• Demonstrate strong clinical skills, critical thinking, and effective communication.
