Responsibilities

• Carpentry : Cabinets, Countertops, Molding, Trim, Shelving, Railings
• Repair : Drywall, Grout, Tile Floors, Walls, Rotted Wood, Ceilings, Decks, Doors, Siding, Gutter
• Maintenance : Tub, Shower, Caulking, Doors, Decks, Fences, Gutter Cleaning, Locksets & Deadbolt
• Odd Jobs : Pressure Washing, Weatherproofing, Tile Work, Assembly, and much more

Requirements

• 10 years of hands-on experience with carpentry, repair, maintenance, and more (Refer to responsibilities)
• Tools to perform and complete multiple trades
• A valid New Jersey state license and a clean driver's record
• Proficiency in navigating tablet-based technology
• Team player who can work independently
