Senior Director, Strategic Customers Engineering

The Strategic Customers Engineering team manages Oracle Cloud Infrastructure's most important and fastest-growing customer relationships. These customers are building workloads on OCI that will drive Oracle's growth, and our mission is to ensure their success with best-in-class compute, storage, networking, and an expanding set of AI-focused services.

We are seeking a Senior Director (M5) to join the Strategic Customers Engineering organization within Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. This executive role will lead a high-performing team that partners with senior executives at our top customers while driving cross-functional alignment across OCI engineering, product, operations, and executive leadership. The Senior Director will own delivery of OCI's largest programs, ensure strategic alignment with customer objectives, and shape OCI's roadmap. This position can be based in Nashville, TN.

As a Senior Director in the product development division, you will lead a team that defines product specifications and or strategy. Gather and analyze information to define product specifications and review design specifications. Envision and communicate product strategy and functionality. Initiate and foster relationships with other groups. Review product documentation and collateral. Ensure successful product releases based on corporate priorities.

US : Hiring Range in USD from : $155,600 to $338,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral. Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
