Partner with client and local MBE / DBE partners to co-create culturally competent campaign strategies. Lead equity-focused stakeholder engagement and listening sessions with community organizations. Provide equity impact assessments for campaign deliverables. This position is Remote / Telecommute job. Develop and deliver equity compliance reports and recommendations. Serve as advisor to internal teams on inclusive language, representation, and accessibility. Support workforce inclusion by ensuring diverse subcontractor participation and equitable hiring. Master’s degree in public health, social work, or equity-centered leadership preferred. 7+ years in DEI, health equity, or community engagement roles. Demonstrated experience embedding equity principles into communications campaigns. Strong cultural competency and facilitation skills. Powered by JazzHR
