East West Tea is seeking a talented, passionate, and experienced Director Operations to join our Manufacturing Operations team!
The Director Operations will to be responsible for the strategy, planning, and effective execution of Yogi’s manufacturing operations including production, warehouse logistics, customer service, training, and maintenance. Overseeing daily plant operations, ensuring a safe work environment, making and handling of quality products, and collaborating on continuous improvement.

Lead a staff of 5-7 direct reports and oversee all manufacturing staffCoach, train, and engage team members through effective cascading of goals, visual performance boards, and ongoing communications of plant changes and performanceUnderstands and supports all regulatory standards for all manufacturing processes as set forth by the relevant regulatory authorities; including, but not limited to GMP, FDA, OSHA, and HACCPWHAT YOU KNOW AND HAVE EXPERIENCED :
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a related field (business, engineering). MBA preferred7+ years directly managing the daily activities of a manufacturing function. Preferably in the pharmaceutical, supplements or health & natural food industriesSubject matter expertise in manufacturing from strategy through implementationExpertise in LEAN manufacturing and process improvement. Six Sigma Green or Black Belt preferredLeadership experience in managing large operations teamsStrong understanding of ERP experienceYOU’LL BE A GREAT FIT :
