Summary :
Larkin Hoffman is seeking to add a Sr. Business Analyst to our IT department. This position will manage and support all phases of the business systems life cycles and successfully deliver technology-related projects for the Firm including project planning, execution, preparing cost benefit analysis, and ensure successful implementation and completion. The Sr. Business Analyst will also support the smooth operation of all processes within the Firm by designing strategies that optimize relevant information technology processes and contribute to the overall technology strategy and management of the IT annual business plan and related budget. We are seeking a candidate with 4+ years of related experience and / or training with a bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration. Required : Proficiency using Microsoft Suite including Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, Power Point, and Excel. General knowledge of relational databases including SQL Queries and report writing tools. Experience with law firm practice management systems.
Preferred : Familiarity with Elite 3E, iTimeKeep, NetDocuments, BEC Legal, CLIO, ARCS, project management certification.

Hours :
Full time during regular Firm hours, Monday through Friday. Flexibility and ability to work additional hours based on firm demand / need with occasional after hours or weekend work as needed.
Salary :
The salary range for this position is $94,500 - $109,000 and represents the firm's good faith and reasonable estimate of the starting compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including but not limited to, the candidates' years of experience, education, qualifications, market demands, and other organization needs.
